1898 Netherlands 1 Gulden PCGS MS62+
Wilhelmina became Queen of the Netherlands in her youth and was depicted with varying hairstyles on coins throughout her reign. This silver 1 Gulden coin depicts the second type with gathered hair and tiara. The crowned arms on the reverse further add to the appeal of this coin's design.
The silver coins of the Netherlands saw heavy use and this issue is very difficult to find in uncirculated condition. This is a beautifully lustrous example with colorful toning.
